Does this make sense to anyone else?

My brain isn't working too well today, but I can't see why a company couldn't make big announcement at a SH meeting - isn't that what normally goes on? It's a public forum & not a secret or, insider meeting. Didn't the announcement of moving into phase 3 coming out of the last SH meeting?
The timing is way more exciting this time - last ASM was on a Friday night, so we had to wait until Monday for a market reaction, we should see immediate, much bigger, much faster results this time around. Not sure how much of a lid they will be able to keep on the FAA meeting.
Just speculation & timing, but none of it will have much impact on the big picture, regardless of the chain of events, the end result will be the same.
