If CRGP had been allowed to run up some, maybe the merger would be an equal .27 cents per share even trade, but since it tanked, we might see a 10 to 1 reduction or more. Maybe it worked out close to an even trade when they ran the price to .011, which was strangely the same price as the divi. Was the halt requested by the company when it hit .011 and did it take a day or two before it was halted? Or was the halt caused by something else, since FINRA never explained why.
