Looks like they entered into settlement talks with Ntek but could not reach a written agreement as of 10/20/15, so it's going to court. Also looks like it is related to a previous suit that lost steam but was rejuvenated with the newer one. All it takes is one lawsuit win to light a fire under everyone else's ass that feels they got screwed. I believe we might see a few more of these pop up.
