I passed on the browser/OS comments to the iHangout Admin. Thanks for that data, and hopefully they can get it figured out.

I did discover that, at least on the Mac, Chrome seems to work much better than Firefox, which is what I've been using. So any Mac users having connection problems, try Chrome.
