the r/s on all those companies was different in more than just the exchange they trade on, the fundamentals of the stock changed and the r/s was part of the company strategy in the future.
Baltia needs to be past this waiting game, otherwise an R/S will increase price for a very short time only to dwindle down waiting. If the fundamentals don't change than a R/S does nothing
