It is not the N706BL. It is Kalitta's plane that came from Hawaii to undergo a C4 check since August. They took it apart and put it back together, and did a flight test to ensure everything is good to go.

Beside, when then NLG is installed, they can do the test on the ground with the jacks up.

It's possible that we could see N706BL fly out of OSC next week, based on last year's flight leaving from OSC on December 14th.
