Take a look at flightware for the Kalitta Air flight you posted and BTL101.
Beside "Aircraft Boeing 747-200 (Quadjet)" there is a number "H/B742L." that number is the same on BTL101 and the kalitta flight. Any idea if that would indicate that our bird?
