well unfortunately Joel has given you the opportunity to sell your shares back to the company before the RS , even if there is a RS, so i hope you choose not to sell and you wait to sell after the RS and maybe you will push it down even further so i can pick up those shares at that time. Hey do you have kids? have you told them that you will take them fishing "tomorrow" and opps its raining so we can't go tomorrow!! Opps you broke a promise !!! I bet that has happened many more times than that because of outside circumstances. Joel has already explained to you people who keep crying broken promises why that has happened so get off your high horses and sell your shares!!
