Thanks, just wanted to know what other people think, also fully aware of the tactics used by shorts and can see that CTIX with their current cash holdings and near term results should be absolutely fine.
I am not worried about either the article or trolling for plaintiffs for a possible CA suit, I actually very much applaud CTIX's approach here and hope that they are successful in bringing these criminals to justice, having invested in the OTC markets for a number of years I can only state that I am firmly behind any company that takes up the fight, at some point when enough companies fights back then hopefully these crimes will stop completely.
I have long ago given up on SEC and FINRA to do what they are supposed to do.
Lastly I didn't try to cause any offence by my question about Aspire, just found it a bit worrying that some of the companies they have funded had been on a downhill slope ever since those funding agreements came into place, I did do a bit more DD here and found that this was the second time they had used Aspire, which alleviated much of my concerns.
