yes i feel it isnt so black and white; there are laws in place to protect both parties in a contractual agreement. the note holders are not cooperating and this will show as evidence in court. hjoe is not welching on their agreement. But if a case can be shown that extortion is at play hjoe has a winning chance. Veal wouldnt bring this to court if he didnt think he could win. secondly it buys him time which will just piss the note holder off even more.lol
