Imo, the CRGP stock price was supposed to move up creating a higher valuation for the company, which may be why the shares were being bought back. This would have allowed it to be more in line with Milagros so a merger would go through with both parties being more or less equal. Then Miligros would have gone public and the price would have really taken off. Maybe Janice and crew were brought on board to kill the stock so everything would fail, otherwise someone would be paying a fortune for those fake shares.

Kind of like what happened a few years ago that caused NITE to change ownership. They got caught short and had to pay something like 400 million.
