Who had sold and or shorted ICPA shares in the past 6 months and caused so much pains on us?

1 Retail investors not allowed or unlikely

2 market  maker s most likely; maybe done illegally

3 Steve S unlikely

4 Major stock holders   possible with over 100 million shares.

If MM is the major sources of shorting, then the only defense we have is to ask SEC to investigate their source of stock borrowings.
