Before a RS, lots of ducks have to line up Gold, Revenues, Audit Fins, Sedar, with hopes no one sells into bid after RS just to lower PPs. No dilution will help maintain PPs but a SH can start the PPs drop by selling into Bid. Proven positive PRs/News will keep that even or move high.
