50 Million is chump change to China. Try $250 Million. That would be more like it.
All of these series H preferred being offered seems to be a temp fix for short term operating funds. So investors better hope that GC is telling the truth about something transpiring that will bring in much needed funds to offset the damage that these Series H can potentially do.
Assuming all the Series H shares convert at $1.38, OS will climb to 15,073,910 as per the prospectus released today.
