Its called psychological warfare. Let it run on buying and then walk it back down on wash trades so that the next time it runs up some will think it is going to repeat and they will sell thinking they can buy back in and own more shares.
Except it is likely they will not allow you back in. Understand these guys will use every trick at their disposal to try and part you from your money. Criminals they are. Must be a tad frustrating for them here though as they are getting in deeper rather than generating the selling they would like. Go CTIX!!!
