Trader53 says the A/S means nothing. I agree. It's the O/S that carries more weight. IHSI O/S is less than 2.4 billion. I have seen many otc stocks with double that amount of shares run into the pennies. IHSI has some major customers, partners and big-time revenue. This stock being overlooked is like a gift to me. I hope to pick up more shares between now and the holidays. If it should run now I would make a nice pocket full of cash and I would be happy with that. The S-1 I think the wait is why the MM took this to no bid, but I still have bought a nice little holding. I am waiting for a little higher return in one of my nasdaq stocks and I plan to buy more IHSI. It is too good a deal to pass up. I got into FSNN on the first run in mid October and have been buying the dips. It is doing very well today. Their $1.5 million contract caught my eye just like IHSI $1 million contract with Honeywell did.
