Thanks, but there still is a BB which you file with FINRA when you become fully reporting. then you can apply to the OTC Markets for a QB listing which we will do.

I want to clear up some confusion on the message board as to which OTC entity we will be uplisting to.
Tom posted that the uplisting is to OTCBB
Was that a typo?
Some say that the OTCBB (run by FINRA) is no longer and has been replaced by OTC Market Groups with the different tiers, OTCQX, OTCQB and Pink sheets.
If you can let me know, I'll copy & paste your response so that there won't be any more confusion on the message board.
