the only *entities* making any money on PTOI (stock) .. are those aligned with illegally manipulating OTC stox like PTOI
again this isn't retail .. but zero doubts it's connected to *original colluding entity* working PTOI circa 2009
as i've noted since *wrested back* .. goal is to always reset the 52 week low .. which can be done via
resets (compressed) then fed back to UC asks .. then fed back to *reset* bid .. and so it can go .. until
the *cellar is in sight* ..
re: PTOI .. it's also done to demoralize actual P2O investors .. but mostly it's being done to *part*
actual P2O investors from their legit shares .. and to force mgmt's hand ..
which is somewhat *odd* with a SS of approx 125M .. *goal* here is to follow a tried and true *predictable* pattern
of forcing mgmt into a R/S .. which of course is immediately reshorted .. to pre R/S *levels* (thank the lack
of RT transparency out of the *dolts/aka sec* for that one) ... or for mgmt to *DILUTE* their treasury at
a sub 5c PPS ..
and *volume* will certainly *impact* declining volume avgs .. of course it's hard to yell *fire* without any smoke ..
there is most likely no *smoke* .. even tho' *false fire call is reported* ..
curious to see what is claimed .. (if anything) and what is marked .. (if anything) .. re: today's *tape*
even more curious to see *if* pattern is changed out when bank working in conjunction with Gilardi ..
