nah...i think its embarrasing yes but i think you are overstating it. schuman's job is to shake hands, make phone calls, make decisions on products and finances, staff and employees, etc. for legal stuff he hires lawyers. for audits and taxes he hires CPA's. for stock strategies he probably has financial experts who guide him.

tom, as awesome as you think he is, probably isn't a master at all things nor does he need to be. knowing that on nov 2014 the otcbb was disolved and replaced with the otcqb might just be too arcane knowledge for someone like him.

i think you are ripping on him a bit too much...but some of the ripping is deserved.
