While all of the points you've made are great, your analysis on volume vs SP is off. Do some serious research and compare the daily trade volume of stocks with a SP > $0.01 VS the daily trade volume of stocks with a SP of .0001.
Also I strongly disagree with your statement about 'prior to filings-we will be back and stuck here at the bottom'. Do you really think serious investors(* the investors with the power to majorly move the stock in a negative / positive way *) here are going to panic-sell under $.01 and LOSE their money? I doubt it. Joel has not preformed any debt conversions in over a year, and based off his last financial statements - I see no reason for him to do so. The deficit has been brought down from $3 million and now it's reported that we are under $600k??
Lastly, in lieu of the share buybacks, I think it would serve in the shareholder & companies interest to pursue 'time-restricted preferred share offerings'. 1.) It would bring massive volume, 2.) It would bring 'security' to those afraid of 'rinse & repeat R/S schemes', 3.) it would encourage long term holding of shares.
My interests / opinions are in the interests of us shareholders here, I seek maximum profitability from my investments - especially those that require a long period of holding time before ROI.
Have a great night.
