My EM to NTEK Management this morning- Some of you are aware I emailed Peter, Jeff, and Alan early this morning demanding answers on the their strategy and plan to address the dilution, toxic debt and timing of the proxy . I sent a cc to IR.

I do not think its a coincidence we received a SH update from IR today (on a Tuesday) which is not typical.

This goes to show you MGT is listening to investors when they are contacted directly with legitimate complaints. The replies from IR while vague and far from complete were at least a starting point
