I think the best and only way really to find out the answer to the question being chewed on like a dogs rubber toy is to send an email to Investor Relations at the company and ask them. If they have already determined the answer prior to November 30th the should answer that question fairly quickly. If it has not occurred to them it may depend on SEC or other rules. In either case posters including me who have no way of making a definitive statement on the subject since we have no say in the matter should just wait and find out. Having said that anyone who sell their shares before the new shares are in their accounts are total fools IMO.
