Why bother owning FITX ??? That is what several have said and what some are obviously thinking now. Hmmmm , well , let's take a look at that for a minute.
James Robinson's history is not a factor here as he has a proven track record if anyone has done any DD on him , so we will just jump over that.
Question is currently, what is the sense of owning a beverage company, that has not produced a beverage to date ?
Well, my answer to that is that Dr. Pepper / Snapple thinks that they do have a beverage. So much so that they entered into an agreement with us to manufacture and distribute the , 'beverage' that is non existent. Well, with the history of that company.....I tend to agree with them that some potential may actually be there. They do not waste time and money on anything they haven' t done DD on. It is really just that simple.
Right now, Coca Cola owns Monster Beverage. Or , at the very least is in their manufacturing / distribution portfolio.
That said.....It only makes sense that Dr. Pepper would want to attach itself to a product that has the potential of serious competition with Monster. That being the case.....I think I would want to own that product that a company like Dr. Pepper considers in that light.
There are quite a few things that have to be put into place before a successful launch can take place if they want to compete with such a large brand name as Monster. This may take a little more time to put into place than most would like.....but , if successful , would you really want to be on the couch watching the ad's instead of in Vegas , sipping , umbrella drinks with other investors ???? Hmmmm
I have also been asked questions concerning the share structure of FITX currently. Here is my view on that as well as long as I am at this.
James said that he would not do an RS in 2015. I do not think he will. But, I can see that happening in '16' , once the launch has happened and most things are in movement. I do not know what he would want to end up with , but , I can see it happening. I think he would want to rid this company of the OTC, and go to a higher exchange. Normally, that kind of a move would damage the pps and it most likely will in the short term with this one. BUT, and this is the IMPORTANT part. By that time, we will have product, distribution, projected sales, new markets, actual sales, and a way to determine valuation and projected valuation.......all dependent on the success of the product. I truly believe that the success of this product line will turn into a recognizable brand, and sales will qualify margins that make an rs not only a viable solution but a necessary one. It comes to the success of the product. That no one knows yet, but, I will place my bet's with Dr. Pepper / Snapple and James.
All JMO of course. GLTA

In times when you feel low self esteem, disappointment and perhaps even depression.......keep in mind that it may simply be the result of the fact that you are surrounded by ass holes. GLTA
