Look if it was that easy to walk away and change your business model and keep your assets.. And yes those patents and technology are the assets of DSUS.
EVERYBODY WOULD DO IT.
Lets take it a step higher
GM General Motors can say well lets walk & take everything thing and call us CM. CAR MAKERS.
The Bankers would walk out take it all and call them BANK OF UNITED STATES.
BP let's just walk away close the board and call us DOPE's DIRTY OIL PUMPERS EMPIRE
Not to mention all the smaller players. A public market just is not suppose to work like that.
