We are now preparing the Form 10 documentation for moving to the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB).
This has been a long process due to constant growth, and Rocky Mountain High is looking forward to demonstrating greater transparency by listing on the OTCBB.
The OTCBB listing will attract institutional and private investors which in turn will fuel faster corporate growth due to increased valuation.
