Talking of spin offs, at SHM Al Stone said they were divesting their 3D division and Clear Memories since those divisions no longer fit into the company's long term plans. Al Stone said that they were still deciding how best to use funds from those spin offs to benefit the shareholders whether it be a cash or share distribution. I think in Clear Memories case they simply returned shares to the treasury and may have reissued them for company benefit I'm not positive. I don't know result of 3D sale. Someone else can clarify that better than me.
