Hey! I said it myself and didn't notice. A lot has been said on why COR jumped the gun and filed a lawsuit in such a hurry when negotiations appeared to be underway. Because they were desperately trying to cover. . .and to cover that they were covering. It was more important at that time to create panic to cover than to recover the divi charged by DTCC.
