The current short volume is not an issue. The dollar amount is not Significant.
The issue is the volume leading into the payment of the divy. It was massive.
Signiture has claimed they did not introduce any shares going into the divy.
Under normal circumstances a TA is not allowed to show the acct of a client to prove their statement is correct. The discovery allows those books to be opened. If that shows no shares being introduced there'll a next step to find the source of the shares.
