You can also do it with a Majority vote.. It there was a over sell and the Majority is loose and held by more then one share holder.
You can locate the largest shareholders who make up the Majority of 50 +1 and it's only if they will not sell. Then you can collect the VOTE of those who are making up the Majority of outstanding shares. Tougher play but has been done before..
I'm thinking Mike Elliot is holding the football load. It's also why there is no record of his resignation, but he sure is named in the new business.
There is something going down because the dots just keep adding up.
I just can't figure if they are going to be the GRINCH or SANTA this year for their DSUS Shareholders
