INCC patents being sold. In the Shareholder Update of December 4, it was stated that INCC intends to sell its patents to a new company for a 1:1 non-dilutive stock swap and assumptions of certain debts and obligations. This not only gives shareholders shares which will not be affected by a DTC Chill but also avoids a reverse split any time soon that might otherwise have been necessary.

Long-term followers of INCC who have done their DD will already know that the company still owns patents from a previous venture - relating to truck mounted illuminated advertising signs - that proved to be uneconomic to proceed with at the time, as has been explained in various past filings and reports.
