Where is the 51 percent? Is 50 percent floating and held by multiple shareholders?
I must also note NO RECORDED STATEMENT FROM MIKE ELLIOT and NO RESIGNATION has been posted. YET! on the NEW PHOENIX UAS featuring the products and our Patent products traded DSUS he is second in the NEW BOD's as listed.
