I am thinking that the uplist will be possible if the company can pull off a capital raising event (i.e., the spinoff of diagnostic asset(s)).
If we have money on the books, we will be trading over $4 with an uplist in sight.
$4 is only a market cap of $56 million. Very attainable with cash in hand.
Also, if we are trading at $4, that will trigger warrant exercises that will put more money on the balance sheet.
