13M bought on the ask at .0004 today.
A 4M slap early on cleared out most of the MMs leaving 2 x MMs who appear to be trying to hold it back with 10K / 250K.
Any short position must be covered before the name change / ticker change - see news from December 4 in sticky.
I anticipate INCC being very thin to the upside due to the share structure.
