Because my nephew is trying to go do something. I think it'll be a great learning experience that can help him in the future. I did it because he has a drive to be successful and I don't want anything holding him back from following through. I don't want the future to be full of "if only" for him. If he's so ambitious to go do something then I'll support him.

At the end of the day, though, he's just going to be a distributor. He's there to make money, not give money away. He will have to pay for the drinks up front, so once he buys the drinks to distribute the company already had their money on the sale. Why should he, or any other distributor pay the company their money when they'll never get refunded for it?

Don't get distributor confused with shareholder. He's not a shareholder.

Not even a distributor yet, he's working on it though. When he becomes one I guarantee you he's a very hard worker and he'll make sales. He better anyway since I will own 20% equity in his distribution company.
