I'm convinced Iglow is a complete idiot. Hey dumbass if someone does not cooperate with discovery, supposing attorneys file a motion to compel discovery. If the judge finds due cause the party not cooperating is ordered to and fines for time spent in preparation of filings is levied onto the other party, look what this idiot posts, is he really this stupid, lmao

You must not have read the court documents from the PLN lawsuit.
HJOE failed to deliver the requested documents to PLN during discovery.
What was HJOE hiding? The answer is they couldn't prove the damages they were claiming.
There isn't going to be a settlement unless HJOE pays PLN.
