I'm not sure it's wise for anyone to buy more in until we get word from CRGP or Milagros that there is going to be activity. Right now there's still a very good chance you would be throwing money at dead money.
In retrospect, I wish I hadn't gotten access to my dividend money right away; or at least before the investigation/halt was over. CRGP trading for a week before the halt, allowing us to reinvest in something that quickly became a complete shitstorm, was a disaster for many that didn't use E-Trade.
Again, hindsight is 20/20, and I'm sure it was frustrating for E-Trade clients; but you have the opportunity to utilize your dividend, whereas many of us now do not.
Exercise caution.
