I suppose a deal can get bogged down in technicalities but sooner or later a deal needs to close and move forward. Lawyers (nothing personal) can slow the deal down to a crawl. I'm hoping David can get it finalized by year end so by mid 2016 the app is ready to be distributed. Timing couldn't be better for this company. Of course this is all wishful thinking and a SWAG on my part because we haven't had any current news to let us know what is going on.
