The completion and timing of the separation are dependent upon a number of conditions. It is expected that the shares of CEN common stock will be distributed by Creative to the holders of record of Creative common shares at the close of business on November 30, 2015, the record date for the distribution. Creative anticipates making the distribution of the shares within a month of the record date. However, no assurance can be provided as to the timing of the separation or that all conditions to the separation will be met.
