Trading again (in pinks) is a decision of CRGP. They should contact a MM and ask for a 211 form to be completed and submitted.
Don't think any MM would like to submit a 211 stating: "They have a pending lawsuit and didn't show in court".
Check b2 and b3 in Part 3.
