Has any one seen the NTGL board. 100 shares traded all day to drive PPS down .005 to .013. Thats what I call manupulation. Lets say you bought 100 shares at discount broker thats $1.30 plus $10 commission. stock must go to to .13 to breakeven. Very odd to me.
