In all fairness, I was wondering the same thing about that chart comment. I would have worded it differently though.
But the question asked wasn't, "Do you think RMHB will turn around?"
The question is, "What do you see in the CHART that makes you think it will turn around?"
I can think of a number of things about RMHB that give me hope. But the line on the graph isn't one of them.
