Yes I know but the point is Best Buy employees knew nothing about the $10 gift card and/or the NTEK site to get one. That's the sad part of the story. Maybe another person from the SHM can elaborate the promo better but I was given a $10 gift card at the meeting and when I showed it to Best Buy they never seen one before nor knew about the it or the how to get one.
