Sooner than later ALL tv's will be smart tv's. Apple TV is here to stay but set-top boxes like roku will disappear. So ROKU needs to buy UltraFlix, sooner the later!
Didn't NetFlix own ROKU at first then dumped it? Roku became independent then successful. Content is king! Roku is dead if they don't acquire UltraFlix... eventually.
