That's what the petition is asking for.
Could be bad or could be good.
It's according how one looks at it.
Everyone has a different perspective.
Like maybe some people would get paranoid about this type of situation while others may think it is a good thing.
I personally think the stock PPS should be North of $1.00 before this action would be enacted if approved.
