agree with your assessment...NTEK could of already had a partner but management wants to remain independent at this time...Stated at 2015 shm.
So bottom line NTEK has "not" been offered enough to sell or partner to our knowledge at this point in time. So NTEK keeps moving forward and building more value for the future.
