I love the education level around diversification and concentrated positions....last time I checked Mark Zuckerberg, Larry Page, Brian Moynihan, Jeff Bezos, Tim Cook, Richard Anderson, and many other successful CEOs don't put every paycheck into their firms equity...actually rarely do as they get it as comp awards.
