They did not postpone the special shareholders meeting so i think they already have enough YES votes.

Keep in mind there was plenty of time (unlike last voting time) to do your voting and investors know the importance of a yes vote.

I'm sure besides the delayed proxy problems last time, i also think that a few investors were to lazy to vote.

I'm sure that everyone that closely follows AMBS knows the importance of the vote this time.
