I agree with Sunraven. If it was a fail, a phone call and a reschedule would do. If they were to have a meeting to review the mini-test and reschedule, it would have done a long time ago.
Even thought, Sunraven's words are very positive...I would be cautious because the FAA could say, "Okay, we need to sit down and go over everything before we re-test." But with evidence of the plane flew to OSC for scheduled maintenance, and a possible shareholder meeting on the 21st, I can lean to the whole thing looking very promising.
When I was working for Adam Aircraft on the A700 Adamjet, the very light jet (VLJ) was the craze, and it was the new thing that FAA had to deal with, I knew that my manager was having meetings with the DER quite constantly about clarifications on what's the next step for the project. Thus why I am in agreement with Sunraven's thinking.
