Bottom line is there are too many toxic financiers with their fingers in the cookie jar. Are the notes only convertible into common shares? If so, it's a tight box. Or, can HJOE pay the remaining loan balances in cash? Also, how many shares do these clowns own now which they can piss right into a surge killer on every move north. HJOE is in a tough situation with these guys and it looks like they placed themselves there. Best bet for them may be to keep spreading the brand, keep raking in the dough, hold off on a major run and let Veal find his way out of this maze.
