I agree with the potential of the spin out instead of sale. There is no question there; my point is here we are facing the same predicament as the last time. Waiting to see if we can establish quorum to hold a meeting and then satisfy all regulations to have a new division listed. I am hopping they have learned their lessons and not take anything for granted.
